Camp Registration

Registration for returning campers is open.
Registration for NEW campers opens 3/1/26

The following sections are wait list only:

Please fill out a registration form so we have your info, but do not send payment. We will email you to confirm that you are on the wait list.

Step 1: Deposit

This will hold your camper's spot. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

To save your camper's spot, you may send just the deposit or the full tuition ($750 total - add $24 processing fee for a total of $774 if using PayPal).

Send a $375 non-refundable* deposit to hold your spot.

Send via PayPal [add $12 processing fee if using PayPal for a total of $387] or a check (payable to Bristol Hills Music Camp).

Step 2: Registration Form

To be eligible, campers must be entering 7th-12th grade, and have had at least two years of music instruction.

After registration is received, all correspondence will be via email if an address is provided, so please check it often!

Step 3: Health Form

Due July 24, 2026.

Health Form

NY State Health Law requires that an accurate, completed health history signed by a parent or guardian be returned prior to camp.

NO doctor's signature or physical is required. A complete immunization record IS required.

Optional OTC medications form - this must be completed by a medical provider.

Step 4: Pay Remaining Tuition

A $25 late fee is added to any tuition payment received after July 10, 2026.

Send the remaining $375 for tuition by 7/10/26.
