Mr. Dan Hoke

Dan Hoke is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose and the Crane School of Music, where he received degrees in music education. He is in his 6th year of teaching music in public schools, and his 4th year at Mohonasen CSD, where he general music classes to grades 7 through 12. His Music Production classes regularly host open mic nights and help to run sound, lights, and recordings for concerts, musicals, and other school events.
Outside of the school day, Dan is the baritone soloist at the First Presbyterian Church in Albany, NY. He is also the baritone of the 2024 Northeastern District champion barbershop quartet, Catalyst, who has competed twice at the Barbershop Harmony Society's international convention. He enjoys playing freelance gigs on bass, cello, and keyboard instruments. He lives in Rotterdam, NY with his wife and two cats.
